Shipping and Returns

What Shipping Options are available?

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Standard Shipping: $0

Available on all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

CHARAXTER is proud to support the UPS® carbon neutral program on 100% of U.S. ground shipments.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know by Contacting Charaxter and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How do I track my Online Order?

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment.

What is the CHARAXTER Return & Exchange Policy?

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including the case, pouch, and cloth). You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@charaxter.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. customers) or a discounted return label (international customers), along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (final sale)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred frame.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Are CHARAXTER products insured when shipped?

CHARAXTER is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, CHARAXTER may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please Contact Us if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

Can I change shipping information after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped. Please contact us to make any modifications to your order.

Can I ship my order to an international Location?

No, currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.

Will my Items be Gift Wrapped?

All charaxter.com purchases arrive in the signature CHARAXTER Purple Satin hardshell case, protected with the signature CHARAXTER Purple Leather magnetic box.

Will my Icon frame purchase arrive in a discreet box?

We understand how special your purchase is, and that’s why all CHARAXTER purchases arrive in unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Inside this package, your ICON is protected with its signature CHARAXTER Purple Packaging.

What should I consider when choosing an icon frame?

Choosing an icon is a personal experience, and we encourage you to see each icon for its complete beauty. Every frame has distinguishing characteristics known as the Muse, the Siren, the Visionary,and the Rebel and each reflects a specific expression of character in a woman's world.

How can I find the right frame for my face's measurements?

Please refer to your selected icon's description for the measurements of that frame and the face profile silhouette our frame fits best.

WHAT IS IN THE PACKAGING OF AN ICON FRAME?

Yes. Each charaxter.com purchase arrives in the signature CHARAXTER Purple Packaging set including our Satin hardshell case, protected with the Purple Leather magnetic box. Inside the hardshell case, is the purple microfiber cloth along with the protective purple fabric sunglasses pouch.

CAN I GET MY FRAME ALTERED TO MY EXACT FACE MEASUREMENTS?

Currently, Charaxter.com does not allow personal adjustments to ICON frames. When we change this option, we will announce it on our marketing channels.

How do I know whether my selected frame is hormone-considerate or not?

CHARAXTER icon frames come in HORMONE-CONSIDERATE options. While a majority of our products carry this label, here's how to differentiate them:

Check the description of your selected frame

  • Hormone-considerate ICON: Your Icon's description should have the label "HORMONE CONSIDERATE FRAME" in the Craft section of its description.
  • Metal-contacting ICON: Your Icon's description should have the label "METAL TOUCHES SKIN" in the Craft section of its description.

Can I personalize my icon frame?

Charaxter Icon Frames are currently not open to personalization. We are working on our customization options to launch as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Can I add a note to my icon purchase?

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ICON FRAME?

Please read and follow the "CARE" section of your selected ICON below its DESCRIPTION for the best instructions on how to take care of your frame for years to come.

IS MY FRAME WATER RESISTANT?

No. While the high quality CHARAXTER Mazzucchelli Cellulose Acetate frames offer durability and comfort, they are not meant for active-wear including activities with water contact.

CAN I WEAR MY ICON FRAME DURING EXERCISE?

We recommend our customers to avoid excessive heat contact with our frames. Example: high temperature saunas, heat rooms.

Low-impact exercises are safe for use.

Please ensure your safety at your respective environment and overall visibility of your surroundings before engaging in physical exercises with your frames on.
