Easy Returns & 1-Year Warranty 

We want every CHARAXTER frame to feel iconic—inside and out.

Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging (case, pouch, and cloth).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email info@charaxter.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different frame, please return your item and place a new order.


1-Year Warranty & Care

All CHARAXTER frames come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What’s Included

  • Free professional cleaning

  • Free minor repairs and adjustments (hinges, screws, alignment)

Warranty Terms

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from CHARAXTER for all warranty services, cleanings, repairs, and adjustments.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
